We are remodeling a very old building and have installed 30 windows so far. Are there any rebates or incentives available to help us continue to upgrade this structure?
Building shell upgrades are under the custom incentive program.
Generally building shell upgrades, including windows and insulation, are considered under the custom incentive program. In order to receive custom incentives from Focus, you must work with a Focus advisor to obtain approval prior to the start of the project. It sounds like this project is well underway, so a custom incentive will not apply. However, take a look at our prescriptive incentives; there may be parts of the building remodel that qualify.
